How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Do credit packs expire?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open the app, go to Account, and tap "Delete Account." Your conversations, name, and personal data are permanently removed. HOA profiles you created that still have other members continue for those members under a new owner; see our Terms of Use for full details.
